Well, the one I was looking for was Pork with Stone-Fruit and Couscous. Eventually got the goshdarn thing to load the page properly, even. Unfortunately, you can't look at the recipes unless you a.) subscribe to the magazine or b.) belong to AOL or have an AIM ID.
I like Cooking Light because it subscribes to the moderation principle: add a little fat to some lean meats and veggies and yumminess and healthy eating ensue. Unfortunately, most of their baked goods, which lean toward more of the science project theory of "light" baking, leave me pretty cold.
